  1. 1 for 7 the way I have it. Did not get many good looks at the Threes tonight.
  2. Tough loss for the Panthers. Game started out well for the Panthers and then fell apart.Still will say Shooty Staggs is a stud and never let up. Regroup boys and next time remember to play the defense the coach says to play. Good Luck to St. Pat the rest of the way.
  3. Holleran 2 (Harrget has not played all year out due to injury) Kiskaden 2 Krebs 1 FG's 23-56
  4. Add the 3 differences together then divde by 3 and you get 10.7. I will say St.Pat by 11
  5. Augusta - Bracken Co. as far as historically But over the last couple years the Augusta-St Pat games may have closed the gap, our surpassed as the top rivary due to the Distric match-ups. Augusta-Deming is also another good one

  12. Congrats Lady Bears.... Lets see if they can finally get some stats listed in the News Paper. These girls deserve it. Big win yesterday and not even a hint of what they did in the Ledger.:irked:
  13. Bracken Co. 42 Nicholas Co. 31 Final, Good Job Lady Bears, and Thanks To BigDaddyBear for the updates.
  14. Too far for me to drive, plus dont want to drag the kids out. I will pick Bracken by four. 49-45. Kinda one of the rivalry games that might be close. Good luck Lady Bears.
  15. Tubby Cat... It was a general statement. It was not a shot at you. I have read in other threads more harsh statements then what you wrote. If they need to change coaches thats fine. But some take it to far sometimes. Kids get on here and read this stuff. To me this is no good for the team. Coaches have a hard enough time getting some players motivated. The players do not need to read this stuff and go to pratice with the "you don't know what you are talking about attiude" It should be about the kids, not the parents and fans.
  16. I just wanted to make a comment on the coach bashing. It needs to stop. These girls need to believe in their coach. They will not be successful without her. I have in the past have been critical of coaches but found out it does not matter what you write on this site or say in the stands. The coaches will do what they feel is right for the team, if we agree or not. If we go do the road of coach bashing look what happens, look at Greenup Boys Basketball, just to name one that is suffering more now because parents think they know what is best for the team. Let the coaches coach. With that I will say I do believe that there are some varsity only players that need to play on the JV squad, just due to the fact that some are not very experienced and need as much playing time as they can get. I was a little surprised that some were not still playing JV.
  17. This is true, Augusta has also had some injuries as of late. They started out this game playing pretty well. They lost to a quality team tonight but play hard from start to finsh. Good job girls.
