I was surprised when I saw this topic earlier today but I am even more surprised that it has made it to two pages. Greer retiring I get but the notion that Haddix would go back to Corbin has to be a joke right? Corbin is a great place and great football community no doubt but the football culture doesn't get much better than BC! There are 7 teams that have won 11 or more state titles and two of those 7 are in Boyle County. It's a special place for football.

It's not only football, coaches salary, top school system, but  a great place to live, raise your kids and close to Lexington or Louisville. Thinking that Haddix would leave here to return to Corbin would have to be in someone's pipe dream.

Turf.  They will also be getting a new field house & stadium in general, but that will come the year after next.

Corbin fans are delusional to think that Haddix would ever even consider coming back to Corbin. They should read the Danville paper today to find out how the Haddix family really feels about Corbin. This victory was especially sweet for their entire family.

After the game Haddix seemed really happy and joyful and when we talked to him before the game he seemed extremely happy with his current situation this would be interesting would he go be a QB coach at the next level?

After reading that, I would say zero chance they’re going back to Corbin. 

Coach Haddix may be allowed to come back but I'd say his wife will never be allowed back near the city of Corbin after Friday night.
