So did they agree that Cowgill's allegations were bogus? Did they agree that Cowgill was only allowed in the stands at Trinity from now on? Did they agree for Trinity to provide Cowgill with physical rehabilitation through their training department?

Good question.  Hopefully Trinity didn’t do anything. And if anything they might think about counter suing for the bad publicity.
