Clevenger will be the coach at Danville again.  I think that's the biggest reason he doesn't show any interest in Garrard. 

I hope Coach Clevenger gets that job back. I know the community, parents, ex players and alumni all want him back. I've seen a few post of parents of upcoming players that they want Coach Clevenger back. Danville better make it happen if it comes open or I could see a few kids going to Boyle County and playing for Coach Haddix.

Agreed. If I was a kid or had a kid in Danville, I would most definitely send them to Boyle to play for Haddix, dude is just a great human being. 

I don't see Clevenger as a true candidate. Same with Josh Jaggers. Did somebody say Stonebreaker earlier? That would be very interesting.

I can't see Stonebreaker leaving Casey.  He's the A.D. there and unless Garrard has a position similar, I can't imagine him giving up that salary to take less.

Assuming the job is posted tomorrow (assuming) I think we will know if Scenters, Clevenger, Crutchfield and Jaggers are legitimate candidates or just a wish list. Once people starting applying and the interviews begin, word gets out. I think the 1st 3 listed are more likely than the 4th, for what it's worth.

Do I need to think outside of the box of names already listed? If so I’ve got quite a name in mind. 

I actually have heard of 3 former head coaches with possible interest and there maybe be one more so I don't think I revealed too much.  Also, nobody has been offered the job.

If it’s Scenters it’s a great hire in my opinion, Garrard hasn’t had a ton of coaches over the years, 

 

Perry, Jeff Hester, Stonebraker, Scenters, Perry Again, I don’t think their were anymore in between there, boy Coach Hester would be a great one, even though he’s retired, don’t see him coming back, I feel like it will be Scenters if he wants it.
