Sounds like it’s not BB V then from that reasoning. I don’t think a college coach would worry about this aspect of telling his current employer/team  that much.

He is the asst Head Coach at Tiffen. He can hire and fire Coaches and Staff members without the Support of his Boss. That's the way I understood his position power. So yes, he may need time to talk to his players. Who knows!

This has been interesting.  I have heard from 3 individuals over the last 3 days with differing results.  Going South and North.   If JOAT  and Sweep are happy the kids will probably.be as well.  I know mine is ready to play both ways and already has started. I am just going to trust the process.

I too am unsure what Fulcher would bring to the table, but CCU was in the hole and closing down when they started their program. The school or program would not have survived even if the record was 22-0. I would put no stock in the 0-22 record.
