May 28, 20206 yr When I was young, it was water skiing. Now is have to say finding a quiet spot on the lake and taking an occasional dip between snacks and beverages.
May 28, 20206 yr I’m not much of a fisherman, I just don’t have the patience. However, deep sea fishing is a blast... We charter a boat for a 10 or 12 hour trip every year we go to the beach. I’ve also heard walleye and perch fishing in Lake Eerie is a great time.
May 28, 20206 yr Kayaking for sure. It can be super relaxing at a slow pace and finding coves to sit in. Or you can go the whitewater or large lakes route and turn the intensity up a bit. Put in Bay on Lake Erie is my favorite place to kayak. If you're in the bay the water is calm and you can just relax. But if you go out of the bay you're playing around in constant 4+ foot seas, due to the boat traffic as much as the size of the lake.
May 29, 20206 yr Is drinking an eligible activity. Asking for a friend. It sure is in San Marcos, TX. And I'm sure there are other places but they basically let you float a big ol river down there in inter-tubes. We took a cooler with us and it had it's own inter-tubing. It was awesome. People had music going, squirt guns, and etc. Was my favorite thing ever...on water.
May 29, 20206 yr Sitting/Laying on a raft/inner tube, preferably on a lake with boats going by. My absolute favorite is a Lazy River.
