NEXT
On the offensive end he has gotten a lot better at getting his shot off and attacking the rim. He has gotten better this year on the defensive end but is still a step slow. Will he be an NBA player by the end of next year?
Wireman
Lofton is like the modern-day Ervin Stepp.

Wireman
Other than the fact that Ervin stopped scoring once he left high school. Ervin still scores about 40 ppg in adult league ball. I know he didn't have a great college career, but I'm telling you right now that he is like a robot.

I really wish he could be a good NBA player, but I not sure how he will fit in the NBA. I think he will be on a team, but I dont know if he will ever play much...I know Im waiting to see how J.J. Reddick does in the NBA, because them two are alot alike...

PutMeInCoach
He can shoot. Like a Korver from 76's, a role player.. He'll eventually find a place somewhere.
sportsfan41
I think he's got a good shot. How many times do you see one of the top 2 or 3 shooting guards go undrafted. I think what would really help him is if he worked on his vision with passing and attacking the whole.

h.s.sportsrbest
His lack of size is going to hurt him in the NBA -- a roadblock that JJ and Korver don't have to deal with. I hope he can play at the next level, because frankly, he was UNREAL in the 1st half (all I watched) v. Memphis. UNREAL. However, severely under-sized 2-guards have very, very short life-spans in the NBA. Respert from MSU, Langdon from Duke both come to mind.

I am not sure if his game is suited to move over to the PG position either in the NBA. Tony Delk (is he in the NBA now) has hung around for a while. I saw Langdon playing a few weeks back I think in a league in Italy! He can still shoot the ball. I think Chris will have a pretty good NBA Career. My cousin (Chris Whitney) was smaller than Lofton and had a ten year run and was a pretty good scorer while playing for four NBA teams.
