I hardly get Chili in a restaurant, but the place I get it most is Frisch's.

 

What is your favorite restaurant Chili?

I am not sure but I do like Steak 'n Shake's chili.

Texas Roadhouse by a mile.

It depends on my mood for chili. I do like Frisch's as well as a number of traditional Cincy chili parlors.

If not Gold Star, Wendy's actually has a good chili. I put crackers and sour cream in it.

I think I'll go with Bob Evans chili, but I haven't really had much chili (excluding Cincy style) from restaurants. That's a staple in our house.

Sort of in the same boat as MJ...just don't order it that much (excluding the Cincy style). Probably the last time I got it was from Wendy's. Wasn't bad, but we just have our own recipe that we prefer to make at home.

Cincy style is the only "chili" I order out.

I haven't found a chili anywhere worth buying. It's either homemade chili or no chili.

That's like saying you've got the best navy in Iowa.

Big homemade chili fan, but I almost never get it when out either. for me:

 

1. Wendy's. Seem to order it here more than anyplace else, it's pretty solid.

2. Frisch's. Used to love it, doesn't seem quite as good the last few times I've ordered.

 

 

I've had Texas Roadhouse, and even if you order just a regular bowl of chili at Dixie or Skyline, they seem just okay.

I've eaten chili(non Cincy style) at Steak&Shake, Wendy's, Texas Roadhouse, Frisch's, Dixie Club, Waffle House, Bob Evans, Culver's. They're all just OK, some slightly better than the other's. I like my wife's turkey chili.
