Run To State
Thought you'd like this @nWo. Apparently steam from a power plant increased the water vapor in the air and made more snow. Snow from a power plant? Some in the Cincinnati area saw a rare snow phenomenon Tuesday morning.
NEERFAN
This is the 2nd time I've heard about this phenomenon in the past year. I wonder why this hasn't occurred prior to this?

nWo
The conditions have to be just right that is why you don't see it more often. The warm steam rises into the air that is very cold. Colder than near the surface. It is kind of like lake effect snow.
