I think Cal needs to get more of the bonafide one and done talents to operate his system.

It has killed Ky basketball!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It has killed Ky basketball!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In what way?

In Pitino’s run he had 2 Final Eights, 3 Final Fours, 1 title, and a Round if 32. Six years.

Cal has 1 title, 3 more Final Fours, 2 Elite Eights, one round of 32 and a tourney missed.

Yes. So awful that we have to watch guys like Marvin Bagley and DeAndre Ayton play. Just totally ruins the sport...

I won't say it has killed the game, but I don't this it is good for the game.

How poor will college basketball be when the top 20-40 kids go to the new G-League straight out of high school and bypass college altogether? Isn't that what is being proposed by the NBA?

It was great when Cal was getting the top class and we got to watch unique talents like Wall, Boogie, Davis, and Towns. Now Duke is getting those guys and everyone is freaking out about it.

I'm not, I think it's fine...I don't like the new model being proposed.

FWIW those hating on it now have always hated on it...I don't think you'd call NCF a UK fan either that is suddenly upset by it. He's just trying to turn the screws on UK fans :lol2:

Exactly.

99.9% of college basketball is not “one and done” so that argument has never made much sense to me.

If given the choice I want to see star players, even if it’s just one year.

I wasn’t necessarily calling anyone out on here. Just speaking from my experience with others not on here.
