A CDL driver can continously driver for 12 hrs then must take a 10 hr break. If the driving is not continous the driver may be "On-Duty" for 14 hrs, then must be off for 10 hrs. There is no longer a chauffeur lic.. The bus drivers are all CDL drivers with a passenger endorsement.

I think there is a rule that says an administrator cannot coach. Listerman was the Assistant Principal at Highlands and left to go to Harrison County and teach and coach because he could not coach at Highlands.

I think the rule is ,you can't be the principal & coach.

They will be playing Hopkinsville at Highlands. Right now it is the 6th game of the year on the Tigers schedule.

 

 

The Hopkinsville game could be moved to Hopkinsville. Hopkinsville could be looking at possibly 3 consecutive weeks of road games at Highlands, Louisville Ballard, and Providence, Indiana. Both schools are working together to get the game done. Hopkinsville has had trouble filling 2 spots on their schedule. They've been in discussion with schools from Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, Alabama, and Missouri.

I have just one question to the "in the Know crowd" Why is Ft Thomas school district employing Keith Faust as their Vice Principal for the Middle School but yet they allow such a young,smart, and upcoming coach to instruct at back to back state champion NCC. Why would we employ from outside the district when we have such great talent within. Isnt there some type of rule that says if a district employee wants to coach then a non-employee is out. Seems to me we should get what we pay for and get this guy on board at all costs before he jumps ship. I don't know if its just me, but seems like Coach Schneider gets the last laugh again.

 

Just to clarify...Keith was the QB coach at NCC when he was a teacher at Woodfill elementary school. When Keith accepted the assistant principal job at the middle school for the 2006-2007 school year, he gave up his coaching job at NCC. He was not the QB coach for this year's state champs.

Don't muddle this place up with accurate facts, it takes away too many of the arguments:flame:. Like Vilardo needs to be fired because of the poor play calling in spite of the fact that it was Mueller who was calling the plays, not Vilardo.

All I care about is whoever is calling the plays needs to do a better job of it next year. :thumb:

While I understand your thinking, its probably not valid in this scenario as he wouldn't have been throwing anyone under the bus by telling me Robert called the plays as I liked the play calling this year and Dale knew it.

That's pretty impressive. How do you land not one but two former QB's on your coaching staff. Man that would be like having Jared and Gino at Highlands. Could you imagine having a couple of coaches with college/pro experience.
