I know this will sound dumb; but what's the idea behind moving the Dixie game to PBS? Is it a thing like the iWireless games? Will there be other teams involved?

What a great time that will be!!!!! The short bus and Big Red will be there:dancingpa By the way, the real tailgating will be in Lot E for Edward not D for David :p They will not allow Big Red in Lot D

A home game on Sat afternoon in September!!!!!!!! Fire up the short bus:ylsuper: Will i need 2 Sileline parking passes:D

That will be great. Heck I may even have to use my Sideline pass for that one.

I heard at the football meeting on Monday that Greg Mcgraw and Nick Simpson were there. These two players would be a nice addition to the already good group of returning players.

What position would they play??????? Hopefully wideout, I think they could definatley help in that area.:thumb:

Nic played reciever frosh year, and Greg played safety on varsity his soph year. Help is an understatement. If these two played it would be huge.

Greg was the one in 2005 that intercepted the pass at the end of the Highlands / Cov. Cath. regular season game to seal the deal for a Highlands win.

Would really really love to see both these players return.

Not only did he have that interception, he made several critical tackles in that game. He had to sit out this year due to a back injury. If he's able to play next year, it would help a whole lot.

Nick, as basketball fans know, is a very talented athlete. Was a very good receiver on the frosh team. Didn't play football his sophomore or junior years, and was greatly missed. If he plays next year, he'll have some rust, but with his athleticism, he'll do very, very well.

I hope this is true. Both will be impact players.

I don't know; I kinda like Lot D. Something about the name I guess.

It's the truth, I just don't know for sure how much interest they both have in playing next year?

Don't think Greg would have attended the meeting if he still had health issues and don't think Nick would have attended, having not played for the last two years, if he wasn't real interested. This is great news. Hope it pans out.

What meeting? Did I miss somthing? Hope my son was there!!:scared:

I think Nic and Greg are "looking for a ring" !!! Ain't going to happen in B-Ball! Would hate to see Nic mess up a scholly in hoops but MAN he would improve the recieving corps. And I'm not so sure we don't beat CC if McGraw "the LAW" was patrolling the secondary. He's that much of an impact athelete!

I agree, I saw McGraw clean some clocks and he breaks on the ball very well. Simpson's pure athleticism will give them a deep threat that they will be lacking next year. They will be very strong next season if they play.

A early Christmas present if Nick is considering on playing. Boy would this be huge!!!!!!! No disrespect to any player currently on the team but Nick would bring a different element to this team. I have been saying for about Six Months now, I wonder if we could get Nick Simpson to play next year. Man i hope he is serious.
