March 1, 20179 yr It is tough to say. There are some that I watch basically any time they're on TV. If by sitting you mean sat down, watched from the beginning with intent, it's probably less. My go to movie that I tell people I watch every single time it's on is Tombstone. If that's on, I drop almost everything. It's a compulsion. I don't know how many times I've seen it by now. I saw Independence Day 6 times in the theaters alone, so I figure I'm probably over 10. I've seen Star Wars (original trilogy) well over that. Probably all the good Batman Movies (Batman, Batman Returns, Batman Begins, Dark Knight, Dark Knight Rises) in excess of five times, with Begins and Dark Knight in excess of 10.

I watch both White Christmas and Holiday Inn every year during the season, usually the night I decorate the tree and have since I got my first VCR. 40 years or so. Other old favorites are anything Hitchcock; Rear Window, North by Northwest, Psycho, The Birds, etc.
