As he nears the nomination Trump's rhetoric is being taken more seriously. 2 months ago people said no chance, but as this looks to be a reality people become more concerned. I expect more of this. Hillary, Bernie, Kasich, Cruz, nor Rubio are saying the same thing Big Donald is, which is why they aren't and won't get the same treatment. Not a Bernie supporter, but Bernie has one thing correct - we are run like an oligarchy. And you've missed the point on the burning it down, its not necessarily the "who," its the "what" Trump is. He is not Washington. He doesn't believe half the crap he says, but he ignites passion that may well drive many other establishment legislators out of office. His past is what it is, but nobody gives a crap about that or they wouldn't be voting for Hillary either.

March 12, 201610 yr Hasn't there been actual violence at Trump rallies that was committed by Trump supporters? The girl that was pushed around and shoved in Louisville and the guy that was sucker punched by a Trump supporter who was arrested for his acts? I don't think anyone should be surprised by a Trump rally going off the rails. There also have been protestors at Bernie's rallies and Hillary's rallies and they were BLM supporters who interrupted their rallies. Didn't Bernie shut one of his rallies down after they rushed the stage or something like that. Trump isn't the only candidate who has protestors or hecklers at his rallies.
March 12, 201610 yr ^^^^ I think your right, there has been some at others. I think the biggest difference was the organised size of last nights. The blm at Bernie's seemed to be a handful of people. I think that also might have been before secret service details were provided to the candidates. I'm thinking it's a little tougher to rush a candidate on stage these days.
March 12, 201610 yr I believe the toxic environment started in 2008. Our country has not been so divided in many years as it has during these past few years. I am not a Trump fan...in fact there isn't a candidate I can support. However Trump is just vocalizing what many feel. I suppose it is not so different than the voice other groups feel they have today. I will still wait for that candidate that puts ALL people first and especially those who value being here and are willing to work towards compromise. However demonstrations such as this are intolerable. If our current President doesn't think this is worth condemning, then he is supporting it.
