I'm surprised at you, Randy. 30 posts and we haven't heard...

I like you, your brother & your sister all the same. I have no favorite.

That peas taste good.

You have to wait an hour to swim after you eat.

(Which really meant, the adults are still eating and visiting, and we are not ready to supervise you at the pool/lake/beach.)

Mommy's not hurting Daddy. We were wrestling.

Or this.

Your mom didn't like the puppy, that's why it ran away...

School is more important than sports.

Don't play in the campfire. It will make you pee the bed.

Size doesn't matter. Oh wait, that's a different thread.

"I'm going to turn this car around if you don't stop."

Actually, I have done that on more than one occasion. :lol2:

When I was your age, I walked to school in the snow without shoes uphill ten miles both ways.

My father always said he walked 3 miles to school everyday, up hill both ways. Frequently without shoes. He wasn't lying.

He was raised dirt poor a little over 3 miles from Rockholds, where the closest high school was. He had to cross a relatively substantial hill to get there, too. He also would drop off buckets of corn at the grist mill, on the way to school, and pick up the corn meal on the way home.

"I never had a drink until I was 21 years old."

"I never had sex before I was married."

Being popular is not important. It's how you feel about yourself.

That is classic (and genius).
