Please keep the newborn son of KentuckyJoe in your prayers. Bryce was born two months early and is in the NICU at UC Hospital for a couple of months. The little guy needs our help.

I was going to post something, but wasn't sure how Joe felt about it. We're definitley praying for him.

Oh Lord Jesus Christ, Son of the living God,

Begotten before all ages, who wished however to become an infant,

Who loves the innocence of childhood and did take the little ones offered to You and tenderly embrace them and bless them.

 

Protect this infant, Bryce, with the blessings of Your sweetness, and grant that the forces of evil may not harm his soul.

Grant that advancing in age and wisdom and grace, that he may ever be pleasing to you,

Who lives and reigns with God the Father, in the unity of the Holy Spirit.

Bryce Update....God hears are prayers and we have made some progress! His gas levels finally came down in his lungs last night. They increased a bit through the night but not to critical levels. His CRP has dropped which means the antibiotics are working on wherever the infection is. They are doing an ultrasound on his brain later to make sure there is no bleed. They dont think he has one just being cautious because of how sick he is. Xrays were still about the same, but I will take it. Thank you all from the bottom of hearts for all the love and keep those prayers coming!!

Lord, look upon this child with eyes of mercy, may your healing hand rests upon him, may your life giving powers flow into every cell of his body, and into the depths of his soul, cleansing, purifying, restoring him to wholeness and strength for service in your Kingdom. Amen!
