Jumper_Dad Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 After years away, repentant Bruce Pearl could be jewel for Tennessee - CBSSports.com I've thought this was a possibility for over a year...could this happen? Yes Absolutely! Should it happen? Will it happen?
MJAlltheWay24 Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 I like Bruce Pearl. I think it would be good for Tennessee and good for the SEC.
Clyde Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 I don't know what the NCAA would say about UT wanting to hire him. My guess is it would put them in a bad way with them. However, as a fan, I'm 100% ALL for it. He'd be great for UT and the SEC.

TTS_JF Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 I think he'll have a job next season, but I don't know if UT will push the limits with that hire.
TheDeuce Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 If there's no more show cause, why wouldn't they bring him back is the better question....
Bluto Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 The SEC needs more Pearls. "If you put enough pressure on coal it turns into Pearls." - Effie Trinket
oldrambler Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 Can't stand him, he's a blatant cheater, reminds me of one of those used car salesmen on a cheap t.v. commercial. Considering all of this I think that he his a shining example of the UT Vols athletic programs . On a side note, should UT hire him again then a person could open a tanning bed / orange body paint emporium in Knoxville and make a killing.
UKMustangFan Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 I would if I'm them. I'd really like to see him considered for the Kentucky job whenever Cal decides to call it quits. Dude can recruit, and is a solid in-game coach. Also seems like a blast to be around, and the type of personality that would thrive at a place like Kentucky.
