The debate about "who is better" will be answered by which colleges offer each kid. Simple as that. I know who my money is on

How would the school each goes to decide who is the better player? That's kind of flawed logic. What if one goes to a Xavier and the other goes to a UK but the player who goes to Xavier has the better College career?

 

What school you go to doesn't prove anything. It's what you do at those schools that hold more weight.

 

Either way, Bolden has 2 more years and the way he looks he may be one of the best in the state ever when it's all said and done, but that is 2 years away to see if he lives up to the expectations or not.

My daughter was 17...a person can fail once or get held back at a young age. Plus his birthday could be one of those who was born in Nov. Who cares, I read a thread where someone was 22 and married.

 

My son is 17 and a Sr, would love to see 2 more yrs of him on the court. The question was will he be eligible? I would assume he will turn 19 during his Sr yr similar to Hatton.

My understanding was that sr. eligibility is not an issue, but I'm not positive.

So nice to finally meet Walter at the game yesterday. Enjoyed talking to you. What a great game to watch. I hated to see either team loose. I felt this game would be a battle and could go either way. At about the 2:50 mark in regulation, I looked and my son and said, " OT?" As good as Bolden is, there were other players that impressed me for Holmes, one being Chames. I will be keeping up with Holmes next year and wish them all the best.

James will turn 19 January 16th, 2015...a little over half way through his senior year. He will definetly be an older Sr but eligibility won't be a problem because he doesn't turn 19 before August 1st, 2014

If there is any solace in this for Bulldog fans, Holmes should be the pre-season #1 in N. Ky. Walter will clear this up fast, but I would guess next year will be Bolden, Chames, Housley, Hill and .... Herndon? I know there is some young talent coming so that can change depending on how hard everyone works over the "off season". I really like Housley. Great defensive player. Needs to gain confidence on the offensive end.

Hawkins is a great player but I like bolden skill set better at the next level. Ball handling and outside shooting edge goes to bolden, strength goes to Hawkins. My ideal d1 point guard is more of the former, less of the latter

I dont have my rulebook as I am out of town. I cant imagine ant official not granting a re-do in that situation.
