TB&G---Getting some walking in?

JUST DO IT!

Not as much. I prefer to walk/hike outdoors, but the weather and my schedule just haven't meshed. I was hoping to get some time in today as it was sunny and warmer, but the wind feels really cold here.

I think that Monday I may go to the gym and restart my membership and start using a treadmill. Hopefully the following Monday my doctor will put me in the clear to start using at least some resistance machines.

Finished day 1O. Start level 2 tomorrow. Looking forward to it!

I'm getting that exercise fever.

Won't be long before I'm addicted like our pros----Former, Woodsrider, Mex and Bugatti!

My brother isn't allowed to run yet from his ACL surgery so we swam some laps today. I'm wiped, but I found my new favorite cardio.

Just finished the first day of Level 2. Includes my all time favorite----burpees! This level has lots of moves that require more balance so right now it's not pretty. But I'll get there. Knees still bothered by the JJs, so I modify them every other day and that helps.

Hope you guys are all sticking with your goals!

Only down 2 pounds since last week, 10 total. Need to do better this week.

That's actually a healthy amount to lose in a week. Nothing wrong with that at all.

Don't worry about the scale. How do your pants fit? Use that measurement.

Ran 7 miles this afternoon. Felt pretty good outside!

3 years ago I lost 133 lbs. and been fighting for 2 years keeping it off. So far so good!

Well that's impressive. If I lost 133 lbs it would be bc I was dead and rotting for two years lol. Keep it up I wish I could run 7 miles.

I'm with you, Mex. The scale and I are not friends. Have noticed extra fabric on the pants, and that is a good thing!
