My asthma acts up and makes it very hard to run while gasping for air. Have no problems at all in warm weather. Last week was very nice as I got 15 miles in. Looks like back to the treadmill this week.
January 15, 201313 yr I'm actually taking off tonight. I wore out myself this morning teaching spin class. Need to rest up for tomorrow morning's swim and afternoon run.

January 16, 201313 yr Went to the gym today for the first time. My wife has asked me not to start the c25k program until it warms up outside so we can do it together. I worked a solid hour on the bike and the treadmill.
