Invites to the Scouts Focus Elite 80 Fall Showcase have started going out. Not sure of all recipients but I know these:

Isn't there a KHSAA rule against participating in any outside events once the first day of school is in session? I think that rule cost Matt Trammell from Dixie one or two games one season?

 

Isn't it also why at the John Lucas event at Hoops a couple of years ago that Hicks was only able to participate because he was ineligible that high school season to play because of his transfer status?

A bylaw 8 exemption form has to be sent to the khsaa. It is good for 1 weekend.

Just got a call from khsaa saying that everything is OK for Kristian to play in this event. It should be a great showcase to see.
