Former LexCath standout Sam Letton

Sam Letton, who starred for Lexington Catholic as a freshman and sophomore before following his father Bill (former LexCath coach) down to Georiga, has committed to play for Neal Brown at Troy.

Sam was a 1st team all-state Tight End in Georgia and rated a 3-star recruit.

KY connections pays off for both.

Boyle County and LexCath combine forces at a level higher than high school again. Congrats to Sam and his family. I'll always remember the Hail Mary TD pass from Reece Ryan that he caught right before the half in which he got a concussion on the play but held on to the ball. Unbelievable hands. Unbelievable play.

If my memory is correct, I think he was also very good Linebacker. Coach Brown is getting a good one.
