Good game Belfry on what appears a dominating game.

According to the radio crew, GC had 10 yards total offense in the first half and ended with a little over 100. Matt still had an excellent game with 90+ yards on only 9 carries.

They have come a long way since that first game. Offensively and defensively they looked the best so far this year.

Sounds like it was a much closer game than what most expected. Boyd is not as bad as their record indicates IMO.

This is the best the defense has looked this year. The offense looked good as well. A good all around dominating performance by the Cats tonight.

Don't know much about Berea, but by looking at the predictions on here, most believe it to be an easy win for the Rams. Here's hoping the Rams get back on track and use last week's loss to their advantage.

Matt Thomas thru 4 games is averaging 12.5 carries at roughly 8 yards a carry.

I think they wore down also. Some may have been conditioning, I don't know their situation there, but I think some might have been because of the size difference of the two teams' lines.

Unfortunately even with the old system you could still face a team in the playoffs as early as the second round that you played in the regular season.

Not quite the mountains, but Ashland High School's JP Walters kicked a field goal in 1952? to beat Ironton,Oh 3 - 0, which if I'm correct is the only game decided by only a field goal in Ashland's history.

In my opinion the best back in AAA region 4 will be the back on the team playing in the semi-finals, and I guarantee you this he will probably tell you that also.

Ashland may very well lose to JC this year, but tonight's game didn't impress me either. This Ashland team is a lot better than they showed tonight and should have won this game by a much larger margin than it did. And I don't see JC naming the score of that game not taking away from JC.

This comes as no surprise. Russell enters their cruise control part of their schedule.

Big win for GC, this win definitely serves notice that they aren't a pushover on everyones schedule.

I wasn't going to bring this subject up but since you did then I will put in my five cents worth. I thought the officiating in this game was rather poor.
