I heard he'll be back next week, but I'm not really sure.

I am in complete shock! I expected a win. But not the domination I saw tonight. I think I'm tasting pizza :sssh:

I'm so excited about the game. It's my favorite every year! I love the competitiveness(is that even a word?) of it all. I'll be there in red cheerin on my pirates. =]

I work with some football players and they told me that May was doing fine.

I was on my way to the game when I found out, when we heard it was cancelled we went to the hospital to see a family friend. We saw several Shelby Valley people and decided to go ask about the boys. We talked with one of the guys brothers and another lady. Everyone seemed really devastated. When we first walked up to the people they seemed shocked that we cared enough to take the time to ask about the boys and offer our sympathy. They hugged all of us and we deeply touched that we cared enough to go a little out of our way to give them some comfort. Please keep these boys and their families in your prayers.

I heard at school he tore something in his knee. He hasn't been to school this week.

That's what I was thinking.

Does anyone know the funeral arrangements?

Today was a hard day at school. I know alot of the senior guys in my 4th period were having a really hard time with it. We have made red and black ribbons for people to wear in memory of Mr Phillips. We will be hading them out at the gate. My prayers go out to Mrs Phillips and their family. Belfry High School has lost a wonderful friend and fan. RIP Mr Phillips. You're missed already.

I'm not sure about Hazard but there is one in Pikeville. There is a Pekings located in the Southside Mall. Also there is the Thoroughbread Steakhouse beside the Mall. As Well as El Azul Grande in South Williamson.

Mr Steve Phillips, The announcer for Belfry, has contracted a respiratory infection and pneumonia from open heart surgery. Also the last I heard his kidneys and liver were failing. I know this was mentioned in the Belfry/Corbin thread but I felt it deserved it's own. He and his wife are two of Belfry's biggest fans and mean the world to each other and Belfry. So please keep him and her in your prayers.

It just won't be the same without him at the game tomorrow. But prayer changes things. So lets pray for a full recovery.

I heard at school today that Mr Phillip's kidney and liver were shutting down. Has anyone heard anything about this?

Does anyone know who will be announcing since Mr Phillips is still in the hospital?

I'll be watching my Pirates friday night at the PCB =]

I think that Belfry will pull away with the win if they limit their turnovers and penalties. It's hard to beat Belfry at home and I think that the boys will really want this one...
