I did not see that from Elliott last night. It may have looked more like it at times simply because they Elliott did not get the number of shots they are used to taking. This was a result of East doing such a good job of ball control offense which limited Elliott. Give credit to East

DeSales has been in Regional finals last 3 or so years & are expecting to get there again this year & maybe to Rupp ! Great job Rose Hill & congrats. Now lets see Russell pull thru in 5th 3rd and get Elliott in KOB & or 5th3rd or both next year along with Rose Hill

I said earlier this week all Russells games are like this because of their syle of play on offense and the fact they do not apply much defensive pressure on the ball.They have the best athletes in the region and do not take advantage of them. They should win double digits easy in over 75% of their region games. This may be why they struggle outside the region against the better teams Any one remember the State Tournament

I have watched these JBS kids for the last 4 years or so & have been telling my friends they can play. I think they have been in every game over this time span with all the big schools they have played. They will make a run at the All A state title & most likely be in Rupp & could possibly win a game or two. Mason is well coached & avg at best without Miller. Middleton is a good player but overrated. Two good teams a fan can appreciate & who are fun to watch

What kind of recognition? the only ones who know anything about the KHC already know the players & what they can do. It does not help their recognition in the major media areas such as Lex or L'ville. Hats off to Rose Hill for taking their team to L'ville & other areas

I do not understand why they would be playing timid & without confidence. Considering the quality of players they have and with their AAU & varsity experience. Can you elaborate on this for us?

To my understanding some in the Elliott circle have been talking to the coaching staff in regards to this for the past year or so. They definitely need to do this so the rest of the state can see them play. They are fun to watch and have the kids & style that others would enjoy especially the way they play so up hard & up tempo. They need to get these kids some exposure besides eastern ky.

There were no calls & bad calls both ways especially by one particular official. I have just come to accept 16th region officiating that this will happen as it does in most any region or any level of basketball

IMO, If Rose Hill possibly were to spend some time at #1 over Russell as Shooterx3 states I think it would be more of a Russell falter than RH finding something from the other 3 spots on the floor. This is simply Russells to lose as they should remain at the #1 spot the whole year.

Boyd did not score at will on the inside like a few stated they would. Greene for Elliott played great D & more than held his own against the "Human Eclipse" no matter if Elliott was playing man or zone. It was a good hard fought game. Ferguson did not have his normal outside shooting night but he did what most good players do when that happens "he took it to the whole". Elliotts D stepped up for them in this one.

Congrats to McCarty, I only heard the last 3 minutes or so on the radio.Were they trying to let him break the record because he scored his 56th point while having a 25 point lead with little over a minute to go in the game. Sometimes things like that can come back to haunt a team. Did the oppossing fans & team seem to take it that JCC were trying to run up the score?

IMO, Russell has the best talent in the region & play to many close games considering that talent. Against Elliott last week if they would have pushed the tempo & pressured the ball more in the quarter (I believe it was the 2nd) when Elliott played mostly four subs they could have blown it open. They allowed Elliott to stay in the game at that point. Just my opinion. Oh yeah, and the other 2 people setting beside me
