  1. I"ve always been under the impression it wasn't a regional tourney, its wan an NKAC thing. Thats why I didn't know why Brossart wasn't in it anymore. You sure on 10 years? I'm almost positive they weren't in it in 98.
  2. Only D3 offers? NKU needs to jump on board now they need a physical presence like Elliot, with Lungood leaving.
  3. top 3 teams I believe are HC, CCH, and Highlands
  4. Weak was harsh, but they have played no where near the level of a schedule Holmes has.
  5. There is only one BigStud and Mr.Elliot is not him.
  6. IN a perfect world Hc beats beechwood here in a week or so and gives themselves the best shot of making regionals. I think CCH is a very winnable game for HC. I don't think CCH is in another bracket of teams than HC.
  7. No , Willie played a weak schedule this year. All this talk about Highlands having the better coaching staff. Holmes coach is no slouch.
  8. Bottom line while Lloyd is not a regional contender they do have to much talent to allow Dayton this close. Grayson alone should mean a double digit win in this game.
  9. Brossart used to play in this tourney, it used to not be considered 9th region but the NKY freshman tourney. When did Brossart start to opt out?
  10. There is a sepearte tourney all Class A schools have the option to play in. Holy Cross NCC and St.Henry have opted out of that for quite a few years now. Beechwood has done so also recenlty. It shows the program is making strides.
  11. Anybody thats going there could be a BigStud sighting.
  12. Does BB join the NKY Class A district?
  13. :thumb: HC in every guy sport seemed to be more competive prior to football. Brossart has a very strong tradition in cross country which could be destroyed with this addition. I know a coach at St.Henry that is fighting tooth and nail to never to allow it there.
  14. I think its becasue a majority of St.X best players are Seniors next season. From what I understand they have quite a few underclassmen on DI radar.
  15. HC's two biggest regular season games left are Beechwood and Highlands. Beechwood for district seeding, and Highlands for the NKAC DII crown
  16. LOL alot of biased poster on this thread after looking who voted for what. I mean some think I'm the most biased poster for HC, but after reading this, people need to wake up.
  17. Yes I can. Until HHS beats them Holmes is top dog period. Biased thread , even if the Bluebirds happen to beat the Bulldogs in the regular season there is no way right now you can vote for them.
  18. NO team has shown me anything to believe Holmes isn't the clear cut favorite.
  19. I'll go with this. As much as I give BZ a hard time, he knows I've been one of Dan's biggest supporters the last 3 years. Dan is good enough to make Ludlow a scary team if he understands his potential.
  20. The best game I was present at was the 91 9th region final HC vs Holmes.
  21. As long as Kiernan is kept in check I like HC by 10.
  22. No disrespect to Bellevue but a win is not just a win when your playing a perininal dormat in the 9th region.
  23. HC vs Beechwood games is playing for a glimmer of hope on Feb.8th, I just don't see any team beating Holmes. CCH their is a possibilty.
  24. I think NCC won by like 13 in OT. Bellevue should have won, they hit FT's down stretch never makes it to OT.
