Dickman and Drees are really tough for ND, nice to have players like that down low. They also had some great efforts by their Guards. Amazing team free throw shooting. But hats off for the effort that Tamara Sneed gave, Thanks, it was fun. Good Luck Boone Co. and Notre Dame should be a great game!!!

Bellevue High School also has a Freshman Team. If there are enough Freshman Players that want to play Baseball at the Freshman level. Then all of these schools should have their own feeder system!!!

Look for the Newport LadyWildcats to make some noise and win the region. I have seen all the teams play, IMO I really think that Newport's Tamara Sneed is the best player in the Region, and Megan Price is the best three point shooter. If Coach Slone motivates her team and they really turn it loose, there's no stopping the LadyWildcats and their 1-2 punch. Good Luck all Teams, The HD will be there!!!

Just dont think that Dixie can handle NC.C, In the seasonal match-up Keirnan had over 30 points, and the Breds guards are one of the best combination Guards around Geusenheus and Beuter they are winners and they play their best when it counts. Should be a good one!! Good Luck Both teams!!!

I had heard that Donna Murphy was ranked in the top 25 best players that has ever played in the Country, "I said Country". She's actually ranked 15th on the list. Pretty Amazing!!!!

I attended the Newport-Lloyd game last night add Donna Murphy was sighted at the gsme she walked around like the Basketball Goddess that she is. Just seeing her brought back some great memories, she was by far the best that ever played around here. No disrespect to Jamie Walz who set next to me at the game also, she wasn't to shabby. Ha Ha

No disrespect to all the N.Ky. Players and Teams, I just think Newport is really going to be ready, they have outside shooting and the Bivens sisters and the Darnell girl down low these girls are good!! and of course they have the most talented player in the Region Tamara Sneed everyone will see in this Tournament.

Newport's hungry, and with the great coaching the LadyWildcats have. I think they will win the 9th Region. The Price girl is the only Senior on the team and when your playing in a lose go home situation, Coach Sloan will use that as motivation tool.

I had heard, that this was the first District Championship Newport has won since 1985-86. In the Traci Collins Days. Congrats!!!

I look for Holy Cross to come out on top over the young LadyBirds. In the night capper, I have to go with Boone County they always plays their best this time of the year. Good luck all teams!!!

Brossart has had a great season. Look for Brossart to win this Regional barnburner, I think Mason County is overlooking getting ready for Pendleton. Good Luck both Teams!!

With Newport having Schlarman, Reynolds and Salter, it's like having three head coaches.

Should have a good year, thay only lost 3 Seniors. Seems they should take their season more serious, and not just wait for the districts!!!
