Dickman and Drees are really tough for ND, nice to have players like that down low. They also had some great efforts by their Guards. Amazing team free throw shooting. But hats off for the effort that Tamara Sneed gave, Thanks, it was fun. Good Luck Boone Co. and Notre Dame should be a great game!!!

I really didn't think NDA play all that well tonight on the offense side of the ball but defensively they play great. They will need to step it up a notch offensively to beat Boone County as NDA missed far too many little bunnies tonight.

 

As I posted earlier I thought Sneed and Price would get theirs and they did but............. NDA was just too much and Daniele Wachs did a great job on Sneed. I realize that Sneed scored 29 points but when you take 32 shots you are going to do some scoring, but Wachs made Sneed work for everything she got. The NDA guards Bellew and Tierney both were hitting the outside shots and driving the basketball. Dickman had an outstanding game and would have even been even better had she not missed so many easy bunnies, but in Dickmans defense she had an upset stomach all day long...... If defense wins Championships then NDA should win the match up against Boone County.......

Congrats to Coach Slone and her Ladycats on such a fantastic season. Winning the 36th district was a feat nobody in the 9th would have predicted. Good luck to Price she has a bright future ahead of her. Hopefully the Darnell girl will have a speedy recovery it looked like her knee injury was very serious at the game last night. Sneed will once again prove next year she is the best player the ninth has to offer.
