I think Holy Cross will come out ahead of Highlands, mostly because of the great attitude of this team (see post under 9th region!) They are very talented and IMO have had a tougher schedule this season than Highlands and therefore will be ready for regional level play! Holy Cross by 12!

I think Dixie could hold off Boone , but it will depend on how bad Dixie wants it. They can play with the powerhouse Boone as they did 2 weeks ago on Dixies home court. A very close game up until the last few minutes. On the other hand Boone is not going to want a second loss in a row, so I know how bad they are going to want this win!! Coach Fookes and Coach Spritzky are both excellent coaches with much in common. Too close to call!!

I agree with HC coming out ahead of Highlands. Dixie may be able to hold off Boone. However, I don't think you will see the same Boone effort as you did 2 weeks ago. I will be very surprised if the outcome is less than double digits, but I have been wrong many times before.

I agree with Holy Cross over Highlands but it could be close. Holy Cross has more experience and that's important this time of year. Crowley could pose problems for Holy Cross and keep this game close.

I would think that Boone handles Dixie with little trouble. Dixie has played uninspired ball all year and I think will be satisfied with making the regional tourney. Carmen Firth played with more passion than anyone else on this team and she is out. Her absence will be felt as Dixie could lose badly.

Having watched Dixie a few times this year sometimes they

tend to tune their coach out and stop playing hard. That

was before Firth had surgery have only seen once since then.

I am guessing that they have matured as the season went along.
