I don't think there is TV this year. I can tell you Dutch Fork is the "Silver Foxes" and I think they went 10-3 last year. losing a playoof game 28-27. A game promoter told me they run an offense similar to Trinity (which is why X was interested in playing them) but DFwould not be favored vs. X.

It's posts like this that incite the Rocks to win by 40 over X.

Trinity is a basketball school.

Baseball teams are already canceling games with Trinity. How pathetic is that. Nice message to send your players. Perhaps these schools should start a DODGEBALL team.... they seem to be getting some good practice in the dodging part.

Wondering if a school has ever won state in football and basketball inthe same year?

This team is the best selection of all those previosly discussed (AP C-Journal). Thanks to those who devoted so much time and effort to compile it. And of course mega props to al the team members.

That's the final score per the Massey index. They are playing a virtual national championship and Trinity has made it to the finals vs. Don Bosco (shocker). The finals are to be played on January 16th. Here is the link to see the 64 team bracket. There is also a way to match up teams of your choice... I couldn't resist. Congrats to all who made the team. My question to BGPers... does everyone think that the 1st team players selected would start on any team in the state? I do not think so, but then perhaps a team like this is to honor play within whatever system and level they play in.

Which are district games that they must play?

Most any year the easy answer would be the All Stars but this was a special season and my money would be on the Rocks. Assuming Trinity gets to keep their coaches and not have a Coverdale utilizing the talent on the All Star Team.

It does seem odd that KY said no, then holds a game at the same time. I wish we could get something cooking with TN again or IN or OH.

I was close to the game the last year TN and KY played. I heard a lot of talk that while TN dominated the series everything was fine. However, once KY started piling up the W's our southern neighbors took their ball and went home.

I'm not so sure that is always the case... in the last KY-TN all star game Trinity sent Petrino, Tylaska (sp), McDermott, & Spoelker. I think Will Stein played in one at PJCS too... maybe more.

Look like we've got a challange coming here... or Coach Sandusky signals into the defense....

Gotta agree with you. Either team would have loved to have had Mr. T out there with them! Hey I just noticed... no Highland players or Shamrocks on the rosters. Maybe they are getting together somewhere else for a little contest of their own or both heading to New Jersey to take turns teaching Don Bosco a lesson! :thumb: Happy Holidays... hopefully no hard feelings.
