I think Region 11 will be a definite favorite to make Saturday night. Marshall County is a very good team out of Region 1 and I like Holy Cross out of the 9th, but the 11th representative really should be frontrunner down there.

I had to look up the alignment before I could make my prediction. I first had ? (leaning toward 9) vs. 11 and then remembered Perry County Central and Knott County Central in the 14th.

Region 6 and Region 7 had not met in the first round since 1990. That was the second of two straight years it happened and the winner of that game won it all both years.

Probably the best game of tourney in 1st round(PRP, Bullitt East, Moore vs Trinity, Ballard). That's a bummer for one of those regions who would most likely be favored against EVERY other region representative except maybe 11th.
