#1 Trinity defeats #9 Moore in the finals of the LIT.

They better cut this out or they won't have teams willing to play them around here.

 Look forward to watching Trinity next Saturday @ Montgomery Co playing in the Joe B. Hall Classic.

^ Me too.

^ Me too.

You going too? Would love to meet you.

There are already many Louisville area teams that will not play them.

There is a reason for that you know!

Yes,I know!

The true reason is scared. I don't believe any other reason. Man up.

Congratulations to Coach Szabo and the 'Rocks.

Watched Trinity play twice today, they are very quick, very long, and very athletic. They may not stack up nationally against the best teams, but looked to definitely live up to their #1 rank in Kentucky.

Very interested to see who in Louisville can challenge them in Region 7. Ballard was handled by Moore today (although Moore edged it out by 2), but Trinity really laid it to Moore in the second half, and really laid it to J-Town as well.

It's basketball, and anything can happen, BUT I really like Trinity making the Sweet 16.

Louisville Trinity, ranked first in Dave Cantrall's Rating the State, used a monster second half to overcome a one-point halftime deficit and roll to a 74-57 win over No. 12 Moore in the Louisville Invitational Tournament at Bellarmine.

The Shamrocks, who previously won the L.I.T. in 2005 and 2010, were led by tournament MVP Darryl Hicks. He scored 12 points.

The Shamrocks have a little basketball mojo going.

I love the way the play defense, especially their pressure on the ball. Defense is a constant and will serve them well going for a state championship in the "other" sport.

They have to be the favorite for not only winning the 7th region but the state title as well! But last year everyone

thought Eastern was a lock to win it all! That's why they play the games.

Nice job T!
