The Rocks won the 6A football title and the Sweet 16. I am told their baseball team is young and a little thin on pitching and from my perspective that is a good thing. If T were to win the state baseball title I think there would be a strong push to "do something" about Trinity.

I have heard they are trying to become a prep School. Any truth to those and if so what would a School have to do in order to be classified as one?

If Trinity won the baseball title then the state of Ky would explode. Unfairly at that. What we are witnessing is something special. I understand Trinity has dominated football and is one of the top 2 football programs in the state to ever play the pigskin but the current talent level that they have in football and basketball is something the whole state should take in and appreciate. There's no guarantee their success will last in basketball and that they will win 15 of the next 25 Sweet 16 so there's no need to ruin basketball by classifying it. . If Trinity had won state or wins state in baseball then forget about it. The crybabies would take over and Trinity would be excommunicated from Ky high school sports because everything is supposed to be about the kids and all the kids leftover that don't go to Trinity deserve a chance to win too.
