Seeing the consensus #1 draft pick going down with a severe knee injury doesn't make you think that?

They started good and then tailed off but were on the upswing when Noel went down. Never much of a chance after that.

I personally did not have a problem with the cartoon but I could see why some took it the wrong way. I'm sure a cartoon about Ware would rub some the wrong way too.

You really think that is how the kid took it?

I didn't say they were directly making fun of it but now that the shoe is on the other foot, you can see what some fans thought it was done in poor taste.

I think WCS was the most important one to keep. After that, I wanted the other guys to stay but don't think we NEED any of them.

Once you just accept the fact that most of what he says publicly is a like then he becomes a lot more likable.

Great news. Analyze whatever you want but this kid was not ready. I think being around and watching some "pros" next year will do wonders for him.

I can agree with that. From a basketball standpoint, they are a better team with Ware playing though. Kid had really come into his own and for a large portion of the Oregon game, they were better with him on the court and Siva on the bench.

All star game practice though? Consider me unworried about it.

GREAT group of kids but I can't imagine this will make them play any better or harder than they would have before.
