Holmes had a dunk on an offensive rebound I think.

Eta, Holmes got away with a lot of reach in fouls in the fourth quarter as well. The officiating wasn't one sided at all.

I was highly unimpressed with Holmes. I wouldn't say Boone played stallball, they just played a halfcourt game and took care of it for the most part.

It's a joke for some of you to criticize Ryle without having watched the game.

Simpson is a BEAST. Every time I see his name I picture his TD run against Ryle breaking about 10 tackles and running over many Raiders in the process.

I agree. I don't think SK is 35 points better than when they played Boone the last time. I'm thinking BC by two TD's.

Both play similar styles and rely on the run. I will be very surprised if SK wins.

That's what I was thinking. Q getting hurt is just killer. He is their offense. Let's hope the Rebels get it together by the playoffs.

I would say the ones you mentioned are elite. Ryle is young and coming off some very good years. They have developed a solid program in my book.

Quainno ran the ball 53 times against Ryle. If Henry Clay can stop the run, then they will win the game.

Interesting game with the playoff bracket already set. I think Boone gets it done at home.

If we are going to breakdown O-line and D-line by position then I'm sure Boone County has a few on there.

It looked like the unsportsmanlike was on Lohsak for diving in the end zone. It also looked like there may have been holding called somewhere across midfield. It was an awesome effort by him, dude is a player.

I don't think it's fair to call out the Ryle coaching staff. They have built a solid program over there and are a season and a half removed from a state runner-up. Boone just has a better team than them this year. Ryle is young, they'll be just fine.

No doubt, he is one of the best players in the area. He has my vote as the best back in NKY.
