Great game Rebels, Nice blocks up front, nice running Quainoo, nice blocks Deason, way to get the ball where it needs be walsh.

Good game from Boone but I think they kind of slowed up in the second half. I just didn't see the same intensity as i saw in the first half. Hope they fix that before the playoffs.

Part of that was probably due to the defensive adjustment Ryle made at the half. They were determined not to allow the sweep as easily in the second half. I watched the game on TV and was impressed by the effort by both teams. Congrats to you, Boone Co. on winning the district.

Boone got up 21-0 at half and put it in coast mode a little early. Ryle fought hard, but there was just not much bend in the Rebel defense.

Does anybody have stats for the game?

Someone said Q for BC was around 250 yards at half.

Quainoo

53 carries

307 yds.

3 TD

Quainoo is a very unique name. Wonder what the heritage is?

He's a member of the Boone County family of stud backs. Same mother, she has good genetics. 53 carries is absurd, I bet he's sore for a few days.

Here is a shot from the game:

Does Neiderman still coach at Boone County?
