This game tells me something about Scott County’s defense. I saw Lafayette’s offense greatly struggle against Bryan Station’s defense last week. For them to put 4 touchdowns on the board against Scott County speaks to the Cardinals ability to defend.

Must be. Bryan Station can’t score without him at quarterback. I saw their offense last week. Abysmal.

Is Burbage playing for Bryan Station?

Ouch! I thought the Blue Devils speed would allow them to score on some break away plays. Covingyon Catholic must play good contain defense.

Lafayette has an offense that will struggle to score enough points to be competitive against Scott County.

I don't blame his father. It is evident that Jalen Hurts was raised right! However, he is a fantastic athlete, but his skill-set does NOT transcend to an NFL quarterback. He can obviously be a championship quarterback at Alabama and maybe another university, but if he wants to ultimately "play for pay", his opportunity will be at another position. He has NFL athletic ability, but not as a signal caller. It's a difficult decision, especially with all the success he has had at quarterback at Alabama. Tough one.

I heard a very interesting name as being, possibly, the next coach at Bethlehem. A retired former coach who had one of his teams reach the Sweet Sixteen finals once upon a time. Kind of surprised, yet not.
