Could see Cooper making it within next two years with a good draw in the 9th. Hard telling though cause anything could happen in that region this year

Lawrence from the 15th has a good shot to go. Can't count out West Carter in the 16th either. If the winner of Perry Central/Hazard were to get knocked off in the 14th Letcher Co Central may have a chance also.

Lawrence and Magoffin County both have a great shot to go from the 15th this year. Pike Central would be a nice dark horse pick as well. Good chance one of those will scratch their name off this year.

Owsley County has been runner-up twice in the 14th, both times in the 1980s, but never able to win the title.
