  1. Even if both teams were healthy I still would take CovCath by 9 and will stick with that prediction. CovCath. 71 Cooper 62
  2. This game was painful to watch!!! I rather see a hundred shot misses than to see kids dribble, dribble, dribble and never look at the basket to score.
  3. 25 and he could have had more but does a nice job of getting his teammates involved. I like Ohmer's game a lot after watching him tonight. I hope he gets a full scholarship to a good school because he can shoot and is athletic as heck.
  4. Might be one of worst officiating games I've ever seen. What a joke.
  5. It has been deteriorating across the high school and college ranks for the last 10-13 years.
  6. So being at home is a 30 point difference for Scott?
  7. Seems about right. Great job Walter! CovCath clearly the best team in the 9th.
  8. Fantasy land must be nice for you!!! I said before the season starts that Walton would struggle because they don't have the talent like they have had the past 6-7 years. Come talk to me in March.
  9. Holy smokes. Long year for Walton!
  10. So now the discussion of this thread has moved to transfers. Here is my two cents that I have stated many many times on here: Who cares if a young athlete wants to transfer to a "certain school"? If transferring makes them happy so be it as they have a very limited time to play high school sports.
  11. I wasn't there, but Jeff is a good coach and he works hard at teaching his kids. Did he make a mistake by pressing in the 4th quarter up by 25-35 points?---Yes But to sit here and say he is classless is crazy!!
  12. They were not made available to me.
  13. Didn't see this out here, so if it is already I apologize. Scoring (Bracken) Kalb 22, 11 reb Jefferson 13 (3/5 3's) Florer 10, 13 reb Ruf 8 6reb 5ast Carl 6 Rose 2 Wolfe 2
  14. It's early but it seems like CovCath is the clear cut favorite in the 9th and the only possible threat to them is Cooper.
  15. Holmes was 9 for 29 from the free throw line??? That is just simply embarrassing especially for a varsity team.
  16. Yes Greg is her father. Hearing this just makes me so sick to my stomach especially it being her senior year. Liv is such a great kid!! I know she will bounce back from this and hopefully continue her athletics at the next level.
  17. The kid and his parents or guardians should sue to get his eligibility back. I believe the courts typically rule in favor of the player.
  18. In for a very long season. Very long!!!
  19. Cause noise? Possibly and that might be stretching it. Winning the region title--no way because IMO it is coming down to CovCath and Cooper.
  20. I have been a proponent of kids going where they want to go because they only get one chance to play sports in high school. Plus, I have always said to get rid of the transfer rules anyway as they are not going to be enforced most of the time because of the threat of a law suit.
  21. I am pretty sure he did Clyde. I thought I remember him having 1 maybe 2.
  22. I say big deal. Let the young lady play where she wants. You get these 4yrs one time in your life.
