I saw where former Bracken Co star, Bailey Cummins is tearing it up. In her first three games for Shawnee State, she is averaging 16 points a game. Pretty darn good way to start off her college career. Congrats to her and wish the very best for her.
I have been a proponent of kids going where they want to go because they only get one chance to play sports in high school. Plus, I have always said to get rid of the transfer rules anyway as they are not going to be enforced most of the time because of the threat of a law suit.
Ok...we get it. You don't believe Kalb should be on the list even though she averages basically a double double. I guess we will just have to agree to disagree.
So where did I mention that since Kalb is the best returning player on Bracken that it qualifies her to be included? I was using her overall play and stats from last season. Does those things qualify her to be on this list, you better believe it does.
I remember Clay County teams as being disciplined and fundamentality sound on both sides of the floor. Coach Keith commanded his teams as a true leader. He was a true gentlemen when I got to speak to him once at the state tournament. They don't make coaches like that anymore. RIP
