Considering the Rays seal the deal tonight: Longoria, Upton, Utley, Victorino, are enough to keep it interesting. Longoria has been a beast and look what Upton did in the last game against the BoSox. Upton hustled his butt off. I didn't want to watch that game, but to see Upton and Longoria doing what they are, I stuck around. And the fact that Boston was getting hammered added icing onto the cake. I will watch the WS.

Pop Tart. I do like McD's or Dairy Queen.

Blackboard is the devil. The college here uses it and the students get behind every semester because of it. It's good when it's working but a pain when it's not.

There was a thread about this a while back. I think I answered Billy Sqiuer and Def Leppard. But I have to confess, it was Conway Twitty and Tammy Wynette. I was 12 and with my parents.

Forgot about Bloom County. That was one of my faves as well.

Supreme. pepperoni, sausage, ham, beef, onions, green, red, and yellow peppers, mushrooms, green olives. Just about everything except anchovies and pineapples and hot peppers.

When I was around 7-8 we lived on a farm. around dusk, it was Fall, and was a little dark. I remember hunting for our Collie and yelling for him. All of a sudden I was knocked down. Though that he had finally shown up and was greeting me. I turn over and an Indian is leaning over me. I screamed and it disappeared. My Dad came running and asked what happened and I didn't say anything. To this day I can still see the image of that Indian leaning over me. It was a horrific experience for me at the time. I really thought that he was trying to kill me. And to see it vanish before my eyes was even worse.

If you don't mind saying, where is this at? PM me if you want. The Civil War era is a favorite of mine. When in college I wrote papers on the war. In our area we have a few battlefields. And have visited most of them.

Lafayette has one of the most unique fields in the state. A great place to watch and play a game. Letcher's field is looking great. Can't wait to see it in person.

I hate to admit it, but Willits was out. I was on the road at the time and listening to coverage on the radio. Both announcers, don't remember who, agreed that Willits was safe because Varitek dropped the ball. Both were saying that the tag was made and then the ball dropped out of Varitek's glove when he fell. When I looked at the replay, Varitek made the tag and then fell. The ball then came out. He didn't juggle it. It was an out.

Seems like Dickey V. is getting grumpy in his old age. I love to listen to his segments on the show, though. He is always passionate about his topics.

Looks like the Rays are going to the ALCS.
