    I need confirmation on Breathitt's status. I was told that Breathitt didn't have enough players to come out and won't have a team. Is this true? Allen Central won the scrimmage game against Knott Central last night, 3-2. Both teams looked a bit rough on hitting, but pitching and defense looked good. Knott will have one more scrimmage that is on Friday around 5:30-6 PM. They will be playing Wolfe County.

    It did look like Billie G was just standing there at times not caring. Yea, he yelled at the refs a couple of times over calls, but he just looked like he was somewhere else.

    I picked the Dominican Republic to win this outright, but the Netherlands proved a lot of us wrong. DR had 22 MLB players, the Netherlands had 2. Combined salary for the DR was over 83 million, the Netherlands, $400,000. WOW!

    Fox News is reporting that the boat has been found and one of the 4 men on board was clinging to the overturned boat. The Coast Guard are searching for the other 3. Nick Schuyler is identified as the one clinging to the boat. The other 3 were wearing life jackets. No link on the Fox News website yet.

    Yea, it was a mild upset. One team wanted it more while the other thought that they had it in the bag. Never underestimate your opponent.
