I believe it's from the past year, involving two kids from Allen Central. If I had the Big Sandy Paper in front of me, I could tell you more about it. Didn't pick up the paper today, but heard more info was in there. Tried to read the story online, but I'm not a subscriber to the paper. Maybe someone else can give some more info.

I think he is talking about best teams in Pike County only. Not how they will fair in district play. So I guess he means 3rd best team in Pike County.

One thing is for sure, I would have called more than 1 time out during the 3rd quarter. Have to call more TO's than that when a team stays on a run like that.

They will learn to finish games with a little more time. But right now, I'd still hate to play them in district or regional tourney.

After I watched this Paintsville team beat SC at SC in the manner that they did, I just felt like they started to click. Maybe a glimpse of the team a lot expected at the start of the year.

Wow. Without Juan, I thnk the Cards will struglle a bit. But I believe they will play well enough for the win.

Dan Harless, Brandon May, and Braxton Lafferty will carry this years team at SC. Three of the top players in the region as well.

Sam is the last one. Wouldn't mind to see a few more. They always brought the beef to the line.

SC needs a defender to step up and be able to guard the other teams top player on a regular basis. B May settled for a lot of shots tonight. I always look for him to take a quick shot, or create something for himself. But it looked like for most of the game he just settled for less. He had a good game, do to a good 4th quarter. Spud Crum needs to step up and take a ton more shots. He can hit the 3 ball, but doesn't take it enough.

He is back at Morehead for the time being.

Should be a great game. But Im not sure if SC will show up ready to play. They have been really up and down this year. JC seems to be playing more consistant than they were when these two 1st met. I still look for it to be a great game.

15th JC, Sheldon Clark, Paintsville, Pikeville. Not particular order yet, but I would still put JC number 1. This is also a random thought from someone that doesn't know much about baseball.
