A shocker to me. The Rebels took control early and did not let up. SC played hard but did not execute when they needed to. A very exciting game to watch with the score remaining close and the lead changing hands on a couple of occasions. May of SC had 29 I believe with 16 coming in the 4th quarter. Congrads go out to the Rebels they played extreamley hard tonight as did SC.

I hope SC can get back on track before the district tournament because there are no pushovers in the 57th.

Not really shocked much anymore by our outcomes. I mean heck they should have got us last week at home. Up 17 deep in 3rd quarter. I sit and wonder if we can somehow play to our capabilty but IDK anymore. Congrats to AC on the win. G/L against Paintsville. They are very beatable team for you guys.

SC needs a defender to step up and be able to guard the other teams top player on a regular basis.

 

B May settled for a lot of shots tonight. I always look for him to take a quick shot, or create something for himself. But it looked like for most of the game he just settled for less. He had a good game, do to a good 4th quarter.

 

 

Spud Crum needs to step up and take a ton more shots. He can hit the 3 ball, but doesn't take it enough.

Kids stormed the court after the game, you would've thought they had won the entire tournament. Yet, when you play so hard and come up short all year, it feels good to finally get that one "big" win.

 

Nice game for Ryan Collins. Alex Hammonds and Nick Music were steady hands in the contest. Tyler Slone an awesome job on the boards.

 

Sheldon Clark centered their defense on AC Center Josh Martin, the others stepped up, the Rebels forced Sheldon Clark to shoot from the outside (6-22) with a 1-2-2 matchup. Same defense was effective against Shelby Valley implied by Phelps Wednesday night.

After watching Allen Central play Elliott County a close game, it was clear that they were a much better team than their record indicated. Nice win.

SC really needs a coach. How long does the board let this go on. Start the year on fire and just fizzle all the way out of contention every year. He would have been gone a long time ago at other schools.

Easy on J.R. there Ace in the Hole. Maybe you should call him and ask if you can be his assistant and iron things out for him. Who do you think the Cardinal's will go after if Mr. Hammond is asked to step down? One of the Stepp boy's maybe????????????
