ESPN/Scouts released their Class of 2007 top recruits list.

Good to see Pete Sutton and Sam Flynn from CCH listed.

Middlesboro's Trevor Hoskins was the highest-rated QB with a 73. Looks like you get a 40 for getting your name on the list.

 

I know there are players who are being actively recruited who were not on the list (Middlesboro's Andrew Breeding is visiting D1 schools, but was not to be found on this list), so I hope that Scouts.com will update and correct errors. (I noticed several Height / Weight inaccuracies, too).

Yeah, I didn't see too many Eastern Ky kids on that list. Even though there has been how many State Championships lately in the 2A division. I am sure those schools have D-1 recruits, plus there are many more talented kids in Eastern Ky that I am sure will be D-1 recruits by the end of the year.

I noticed a few names that were not on this list.

 

This list is missing 5 kids I know that have D-1 schools very interested in them. So i wouldn't put a lot of stock in this list.

I have to wonder how you get on that list. Who nominated who, who knows someone, there were some kids that I have never heard of and others who should have been. Like someone else said, I wouldn't put much stock in that.

Brent Slusher is on there with a good rating. He's got a lot of D1 looks, with offers coming soon.
