Why was this played tonight?
-
Saw one for the atrocious price of $2.59 today. Guess I better fill up.
-
Never heard of it.

The Michter’s small batch is amazing. That was the best stuff I had tonight at the Bourbon Sampler, outside of the Blood Oath from Luxco. They shouldn’t be offering that at this event, considering it’s $110 a bottle. But I’m glad they do.

Still in the $2.51-2.53 range in Bardstown. Been there for a while.

It was a weird day. I recall pieces, but a good deal of it is hazy between the key stuff. I’m a regular NPR listener, but on that day I was listening to music on the trip in. I walked into the office and I spotted the boss on the right and ducked into her office. She had her jaws in her hands at the time. Mine were too, as I watched replay of the first hit. While sitting there, the second one occurred. Had no clue what was going on until then. After grabbing our jaws off the floor, we attempted to figure out how to cover this, and I went to the local Walmart to get interviews. At some point before or after that, I hopped on the interstate to go get gas out of fear it was gonna spike a dollar per gallon. Somewhere in there I wrote some stuff and processed photos. I ended the day by heading north and visiting an old buddy who was working in the area. We watched horrible replays of all the stuff that went down. And we also watched MJ play in a Wizards uni. Not sure how he played, but I don’t recall it being good.

Things unofficially kicked off tonight with the Ashley McBryde concert. Gonna be a fun week in Bourbon City.

Cougars got a pick-6 on the Eagles' first play of the game, then scored four more times to go up 35-0 just 30 seconds into the second quarter. -
My bad. I was thinking of EW bonded.

Bourbon is cheap in Iowa. The Hy-Vee down the street from my mom’s sister’s place has Evan Single Barrel for $20.
-
The white label? Good stuff and a regular go-to for me. But I think it’s a 4yo.

55-21 was the final. LC’s big-play ability was too much. -
That's only the deadline to pull someone back. They can make deals up till midnight.

It's 41-8 now in the 3rd. Too much Adkins. -
That is correct about HH. All distilling is done at the Bernheim plant on the edge of downtown L’ville. Barreling, bottling and aging are all in Nelson Co. Their tour is an interesting and informative tour with a deep historical focus, and the tasting room is always fun.

Probably something along the lines of “Toxic Avenger” or “Street Trash.” -

Mine is in. -
Intriguing. They have an entry in the KBF program this year for the first time, so I'm interested in trying their stuff in a couple weeks at the bourbon sampler.

I was at that game in '03, and it never remotely threatened becoming a running clock game. I think Waggener's largest lead was 3TDs, but it might have been 4. Waggener had the quick-strike offense and S/T with Alfonso Smith leading the way, and they got off to a very good start with PC having a couple early miscues. Pulaski was much bigger and deeper, though, and just wore the Wildcats down as things went on. 82-68 was the final score.

My pick is in. -
They are scary good these days for simple portrait shots and such, but the lack of control over the settings makes this OCD type (with a healthy dose of control freak mixed in) very skittish. Can't trust 'em. And, of course, they are useless for stopping the motion in sports.

I would love if this could be a time machine thing and go back and film white folks' reaction to hearing Hendrix or the P-Funk for the first time. Hell, black folks too. Anybody. But especially the first two. -

Working on it. Hey @Godot, I have a question regarding the MFL site as opposed to the mobile app. Most specifically, it regards how the app ranks available players as opposed to the regular website. It seems when I look on the site on my laptop to do research for the upcoming pick, the best available that shows up there is often wildly different from what shows up on the app. What am I missing?
