White is awesome, I saw him play this summer and figured he would go to a major D1 school some where best handle of any high scool kid I've seen.

Paintsville vs. Johnson Central-1/17/06
Paintsville doesn't have anyone to matchup w/ Rice. Should be a great game, if SC wasn't playing I'd definately be there these 2 always bring the best out of each other.

Good win for Pikeville

Sc probably had 50 as well there were many to have, not too impressive when you think of it.

Congrats to Paintsville on a tough win. PVille jumped on SC in the first half big, neither team shot well at all. Paintsville worked the ball around and picked SC's lazy D apart in the 1str half. The 2nd half neither team shot well but SC played their guts out and made a game of it. If the Cards would just play hard with passion the whole game they would win these games. Their effort iin the 2nd half was great but they can't spot good teams 20 pts and expect to win.

I agree.- Paintsville 71 Apollo 64
Congrats are in order. Impressive Championshiop for the Tigers.- Belfry 111 Sheldon Clark 89
Belfry shot the lights out congrats on the win. Maynard did have 46 he played terrific and Case added 27 I think. SC didn't play too bad it was just Belfry's night.- Oak Ridge, TN 87 South Floyd 85 (Hoops Classic)
I thought they played selfishly too. With that said they are a very dangerous team and their 3 guards can play they just need to work together better..- What ever happened to.......
Max Hale didn't pick up a ball after high school and ballooned to about 400 lbs. He was an EMT in Martin County but I'm not sure what he's doing now.- BGP Rankings
Morgan County would be the only EKY team I've seen that should be in the top 20 but they should definately be there.- 14th Region Rankings (You Rate)
JBS beat Sheldon Clark and SC beat JC handily. Jbs is a pretty solid team, I had to see it to believe it too but they are a good. Their guards are outstanding and the big kid is decent.- Who is the best point guard in the 15th Region ?
Spud is very offensive minded but he has to be on this years SC team. Spud needs to look for his teammates a little better at times and he will (One of the most driven players I've ever been around) but he's still avgs 6 assists a game which is pretty good. Maynard and Johnson are both very good maybe they all can share the mantle as the best. Slone is not a pg I'm guessing Pugh is handling those duties this year. If Pugh has improved since he was a freshmen he should be right there with the other 3 at the top of the list.- Who is the best point guard in the 15th Region ?
My boy SPUD Crum from SC. Hands down the most improved player in the region.- Holmes 62 Pikeville 36
Pikeville actually kept it at about 10 to 12 for most of the game Holmes pulled away in the 4th qtr in about 3 minutes the score went from 15 to 30.- Holmes 85 Sheldon Clark 66
No, May hasn't played football since 8th grade but he was pretty good then.- JBS 77 Prestonsburg 75
JBS is a top 5 team in the 14th and would be in the 15th. They beat Pikeville by 40, they also beat Pike Central and Sheldon Clark handily. They are not a powerhouse but they are a very solid club.- Best players in 15th
It's hard to believe he missed something as obvious as that firebird is definately slipping.- Who had the hardest hit in hs football you have ever seen?
It was JD's brother Brian Damron who laid the hit, I've seen it several times and it was the best I've seen as well. Brian was notorious for never going for the ball and just trying to get the big hit. SC's secondary was loaded that year w/ Brian , Jesse Watts and Brad Tiller. - Belfry 111 Sheldon Clark 89
