This is really well done BUT I’d look at it a little differently. It’s the top of the region that counts. Going to 8 teams is way too many as most regions only have 4 at most that can win. The 9th may be the one region where 4 isn’t enough but you get the idea. Great work!

This is the best way. Committee brings names to AD, Principal and Superintendent. As stated in quote, the more people involved leads to more people unhappy with the hire. Committees just make unimportant people feel important. And then ticked off when their guy/girl didn’t get the job. I’m pretty sure there were MANY important people at St X that DIDN’T want Coach Wallace because he wasn’t an “X man”.

Not taking anything away from Max Green but he takes some VERY questionable shots. He also passes up some easier ones in order to make the tougher play… That said I would love him on my team if you had to get a shot up late!

Yeah with the Realignment for Football you would think that they would do it for other sports. I think the best way to do it would be move Anderson and Woodford to 11. I’ve seen North twice. As good as they are, I think Collins has the advantage come tourney time (especially if Scales does not play). Small sample size but the two bigs didn’t play well either game and SHOULD have had their way on Friday night vs Oldham.
