They could but I don't think they will just because they are very balanced but that's a good thing.

If you compare teams against each other Bardstown barely got past Elizabethtown and Larue Co. completely destroyed them I'm not saying I'm just saying.

I picked Mayfield in this game but I wouldn't be surprised if McCracken Co won it seems like they can score against anyone.

Glasgow comes into this game 3-0 for the 5th season in a row. They are an offensive machine right now as Landon Holley has been as good as advertised. They are very balanced and as long as they don't shoot themselves in the foot with penalties they are very hard to stop. The opposition can try to stop Holley but if they do then Jones and Kyle Sledge will run it down your throat. Allen comes into this game fresh off breaking a 13 game losing streak. Granger had over 200 yards rushing against Warren Central Friday night and showed they can move the ball on the ground. Last season was a tough one for the Patriots but they seem to have a little momentum coming into this game. Look there's no way to sugarcoat this but this game will probably get ugly early and I wouldn't be surprised to see a running clock by halftime. What do you guys think.

With a running clock I don't know how you have enough time to get to 80.

I was curious if they had a chance for both teams to be undefeated for that game it's strange really Glasgow's district was believed to be a RPI weakness this year but I think the whole district except for Edmonson Co. is undefeated now it may be against weak competition but still the more wins the teams you play have has to be good for the RPI.

I told everyone after SW lost to Glasgow they are improved I'm not sure what happened to them against CC but they are scrappy and a hard team yo play against.

Final Score 48-13 Glasgow. Monroe has some nice pieces Bartley is a really good running back and they can throw it around a little but Glasgow's offense is thriving right now they scored 48 and had 3 long touchdown called back for penalty they are going to score a lot of points this year. But Monroe has a good team they will win 6 maybe 7 games this year and finish 2nd in the district and get to host a playoff game. Teams are going to dread playing Glasgow they just score so much it puts so much pressure on the opposing teams offense to try to score every time.

This is kind of like the UK-Florida football series people kept picking Florida every year because they had won every year nothing UK fans including me could say now fortunately for us UK fans we finally won and have really owned Florida recently. This series is like that series you can't be expected to pick Simon Kenton because they haven't won so that being the case I have to go with CC 42-21.

I don't know about games of the century but that game last week between Glasgow and Barren Co. will be remembered around this community for a long time.

Glasgow seems to be about the only school left with a grass field haha. I know there's more but they are dwindling each small budget schools like Edmonson Co and Metcalfe Co have turf fields.
