Lol, SK won and you are complaining about the refs almost giving it away. This was a great game as everyone knew it would be. To me the difference was Niece's 27. Miles had a double double but IMO has more to offer ... just not sure WV knows how to use him. Expect these two teams to play two more times this year!

There were lots of current 9th region ballers scouting this one. Players from the below schools were in the stands: Connor - plays CCH tomorrow New Cath - plays Newport this month Beechwood - plays both teams in the next 4 weeks Holmes - plays CCH at end of Jan. Lloyd - plays Newport next week Maybe some others that I missed I love to see local players on hand for other schools' big games!

This game was never close. Newport slowed the game down way more than I expected. In the end, CCH's defense was just too much for the Wildcats. Taj Harding was only called for 4 fouls but could've been called for 10. He was pushing, grabbing, two handing and knocking kids over all night. I can see how he bullies around teams with no strong bigs. Jackson had a great game off the bench for CCH going 3 of 4 from deep.

Without Moreno, they could lose another game. Maybe Trinity? Not sure if Johnson is playing or not. Maybe Madison Central?

I wouldnt go as far as saying SK "should win" this game. WV has the better team, better record, and is ranked higher. Therefore, WV is the one that should win this one. SK obviously could win but I am going with the Bearcats!

Are you trying to make a point or is your question sincere? A team playing stall ball is exactly why both teams might go 7 minutes without scoring.

Newport. The 9th is stronger than they are getting credit for.

Im pulling for the 9th but I think UHA wins a close low scoring game - under 50 pts.

I hope the Jags bring home a tourney win for 9th to show the state that we are better than others are saying!

Walton is skilled at all 5 positions with 6 and 7 off the bench being solid players too. I will take WV in a close one.
